Scott Hartshorn has been actively involved in the building and construction industry since 2003 when he commenced his apprenticeship with leading builders on the Gold Coast. He gained diverse skills in residential and commercial construction including new homes, renovations, and high-end luxury construction.
In 2009 Scott started his own construction business ultimately specialising in stunning custom-built homes, extensions, and renovations. Scott is an active supporter of the building and construction industry and has consistently employed apprentices in his business to give young people hope and opportunity, and to help strengthen the pipeline of quality carpenters and builders into the industry.
Highfields Builder Pty Ltd consists of highly skilled and experienced people in the design, construction and administration teams, who are committed to achieving excellence through quality construction, attention to detail and pride in workmanship. Bonni Hartshorn leads the administration, marketing, and service team delivering exceptional customer engagement, with a seamless and efficient management of all admin and accounting matters.
With three formal qualifications in business and accounting, and in the final stages of a Bachelor of Commerce, Bonni is a hand’s on, highly skilled, and service driven professional with an 11+ year career in office administration, customer service, reception and marketing across multiple industries. Bonni is an engaging communicator and problem-solver committed to collaborating effectively with clients, trades, and suppliers, to ensure the delivery of consistent admin and service outcomes for Highfields Builder clients.
Scott, Bonni and their team understand that building a home is about people, good relationships, and giving all clients peace of mind when negotiating the challenges and rewards of residential home construction, rather than being just ‘about houses’.
