Yes.  Highfields Builder is not a land developer and we will build a new home on your land.  We also offer House and Land packages.

The construction timeframes from commencement on-site to handover are approximately 5 months although this can vary due to various factors.  Added to that is the variable time for initial discussions, planning, designing, and internal selections etc.
