Mitchell Wren
Apprentice Carpenter
Mitchell is a valued member of the construction crew and joined Highfields Builder as a new apprentice. He is well on his way to completing his apprenticeship and brings plenty of enthusiasm and skill to the job.
In his spare time Mitch enjoys playing Australian Rules and riding motorbikes.
Mitchell Atkins
Carpenter
Mitchell is a trade qualified carpenter and key member of the construction crew. He is focused and passionate about delivering exceptional construction outcomes for customers.
Mitch has a young family and in his spare time enjoys riding motorbikes.
Mitchell Buchholz
Leading Hand
Mitchell is a trade qualified carpenter and leading hand in the construction crew. He prides himself on good communication and customer satisfaction and brings alot of enthusiasm and leadership to the team. In his spare time Mitch loves fishing.
Scott Hartshorn
Master Builder and Director
Scott has been actively involved in the building industry since 2003 when he commenced his apprenticeship on the Gold Coast with leading builders where he gained diverse skills in residential and commercial construction including new builds, renovations, decks/patios, and high-end luxury construction.
In 2009 Scott started his own construction business specialising in home building, commercial construction, renovations, carpentry, eco wall cladding and rendering. In 2015 and after experiencing strong growth Scott repositioned the business and specialised in custom-built homes, extensions, and renovations.
Since 2009, Scott has employed apprentices in his business to give young people opportunities to enter the industry and receive a trade. Scott believes in helping to strengthen the pipeline of quality carpenters and builders into the building industry.
Scott is a Darling Downs local and together with Bonni have three beautiful children. In his spare time, he enjoys horse riding and family time.
Bonni Hartshorn
Administration Manager
Bonni Hartshorn leads the administration, marketing, and service team delivering exceptional customer engagement, and with seamless and efficient management of all administration and accounting matters.
With three formal qualifications in business and accounting, and in the final stages of a Bachelor of Commerce, Bonni is a hand’s on, highly skilled, and service-driven professional with 12+ years in office administration, customer service, reception and marketing across multiple industries.
Bonni is an engaging communicator and problem-solver committed to collaborating effectively with clients, trades, and suppliers, to ensure the delivery of consistent admin and service outcomes for Highfields Builder clients.
